Membership

Truck2Venue Membership covers one pub/venue or one food truck. Truck2Venue Multi covers up to three venues or up to three food trucks from one account.

Introductory period

Where a free introductory month is offered, the checkout page shows when charging is due to begin. Referral rewards are separate: three qualifying referred businesses that become members earn the referrer one additional free month where the referral programme is active.

Renewal

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle until cancellation takes effect.

Cancellation notice

Truck2Venue's standard business-membership policy requires one calendar month's notice. The Membership & Billing area shows the scheduled end date. Access normally continues until that date.

Admin termination

Truck2Venue may end or restrict membership earlier in cases such as fraud, non-payment, serious marketplace misuse, safety concerns or legal/compliance requirements.
