Visibility placement terms

Urgent, Priority and Featured placements are optional one-off promotional products separate from membership.

Area and dates

The buyer chooses a target area and start time. Truck2Venue checks available capacity for that tier and overlapping period. A promotion becomes eligible for display at its scheduled start and stops after its scheduled end.

No guaranteed results

Payment is for visibility placement only. Truck2Venue does not guarantee profile views, messages, sales, bookings, footfall or revenue.

Content

Promotional text must be accurate, lawful and relevant to the business/opportunity. Truck2Venue may remove misleading or inappropriate content.

Refunds and technical faults

If Truck2Venue fails to provide a material part of a paid placement because of a platform fault, Admin may extend, reschedule or refund the affected placement as appropriate. Lack of enquiries alone is not a platform fault.
